Refunds/Exchanges Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We sincerely hope that you'll be thrilled with your order... but if not, we offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product for a different product, or receive a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Personalized or customized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on them, and be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Once your returned is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund by a week after notification from Goren Judaica that it’s been processed, contact your credit card company or bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Please also contact us at to receive the return address, and also when you ship it to let us know that it's en route.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover the unusual, but not inconceivable, instance of your returned item getting lost or becoming damaged in transit back to Goren Judaica.
